Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?<\/h2>\n

Our company sells used construction machinery and has focused particularly on overseas exports. However, with prices falling in the Asian market and rising in Dubai and Africa, we felt there were new export opportunities. However, it was difficult to take action directly in these regions, and we lacked the know-how and human resources for trade, so we were looking for a company that could handle our trade operations on our behalf. That's when we came across STANDAGE's "Leave it to us Trade" service, and we were convinced that with their support, we could approach overseas markets more proactively.<\/p>\n

What exactly did it entail?<\/h2>\n

The most important service we sought from STANDAGE was the provision of real-time, on-the-ground information. STANDAGE works directly with local people and provides us with valuable information that we wouldn't otherwise have access to, allowing us to deepen our understanding of the local market and take action towards future transactions. Furthermore, it has led to cost savings because we no longer have to handle trade operations directly.<\/p>\n

What results have you achieved since implementing it?<\/h2>\n

Since starting to work with STANDAGE, our trade operations have made significant progress compared to before. For example, our business direction has become clearer, such as which machinery to export and which countries to send our goods to, and we are seeing improvements. Another major improvement is that we have reduced the complexity of trade operations and gained expert support, which has increased our operational efficiency and allowed us to respond more quickly.<\/p>\n

What kind of support do you expect from Omakase Trading in the future?<\/h2>\n

Going forward, with STANDAGE's support, we plan to develop new sales channels, primarily in Dubai and Egypt. While we are still in the trial-and-error stage, we intend to leverage the local information provided by STANDAGE to further expand our business. Specifically, we believe that suggestions and support for improving cash flow would help stabilize our business even more.<\/p>\n

The provision of local information and their direct connections with local parties are particularly valuable. Furthermore, for us, who had absolutely no know-how regarding trade, STANDAGE's support was truly a fertile ground. While we haven't yet seen complete results, we have high expectations for future developments.
