Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?<\/h2>\n

Our company is primarily engaged in the construction industry and had very little experience in international trade. With domestic construction demand declining, we were considering expanding into overseas markets, but the main challenge we faced was our complete lack of international connections. Although we had our own products and technologies, we didn't know how to sell them overseas or how to proceed, and we didn't have any personnel with the necessary knowledge in that field. We wanted to take action overseas, but not knowing how to go about it was a major concern.<\/p>\n

Given this background, I was looking for a service that could provide some support in starting a trade business when I learned about STANDAGE's "Leave it to us to trade" service and decided to consider it. I looked into other trade services in particular, but I was very attracted to STANDAGE's service because it is a "supportive" service that understands my current situation and provides optimal advice.<\/p>\n

What exactly did it entail?<\/span><\/h2>\n

What I found most valuable was how they helped us plan our path towards overseas expansion. Our initial goal was to perform on-site construction overseas, but they not only sold our products but also helped us think about how to help people understand our technology and workmanship, which was extremely helpful. As a first attempt, they helped us build a system where we could start by raising awareness of products such as stoves, and then expand our construction and technology services locally overseas.<\/p>\n

Through this process, I feel that we are steadily taking steps toward our ultimate goal of exporting our technology. We also appreciate the support we've received in setting up an international Instagram account and communicating through it; we rely on them a great deal.<\/p>\n

What results have you achieved since implementing it?<\/h2>\n

The biggest benefit we've experienced since implementing the service is the elimination of our anxieties about communicating with overseas partners. Previously, we were worried about handling things in English, but now, thanks to the support of "Omakase Trade," we can communicate with people in other countries with confidence.<\/p>\n

We are currently in the process of preparing for crowdfunding, and close communication throughout this process is crucial, so we would appreciate your continued support.<\/p>\n

What kind of support do you expect from Omakase Trading in the future?<\/h2>\n

In the future, I would like to see improvements such as the provision of a mobile app that makes it easier to access information related to trade operations. Currently, we communicate through "Trade Cloud," but it would be even more convenient if we could easily manage it on our smartphones. I believe that if a system is in place that allows us to check information in a timely manner, we can proceed more smoothly. I look forward to working with you to consider what kind of developments we can undertake to further increase our recognition overseas.<\/p>\n
