Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?<\/h2>\n

While researching various trade-related information online, I came across STANDAGE's "Omakase Trade" service, and after hearing about it, I decided to implement it. I also compared and considered other companies' trade-related services, but ultimately chose STANDAGE because their service was very appealing.<\/p>\n

What exactly did it entail?<\/h2>\n

What I find most valuable about the "Omakase Trading" service is the language support. Since I'm not proficient in English, the language support is extremely helpful. The fact that they provide language support tailored to the local area is a huge advantage when communicating with local partners.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, we rely on them for detailed procedures in our export operations, such as creating packing lists, which is extremely helpful. It saves us from having to handle these tasks ourselves, allowing our work to proceed smoothly.<\/p>\n

What results have you achieved since implementing it?<\/h2>\n

Since implementing the system, our workload has been significantly reduced. In particular, we no longer experience language barriers when communicating with our overseas partners, and communication proceeds smoothly. The biggest benefit is that the burden on our employees has decreased, allowing them to concentrate on our sales activities. The STANADGE staff are very supportive of our work and work as if they were our own staff.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, their flexible approach to export operations and collaboration with partners has been invaluable. We receive support that goes beyond what's included in the package service, which is extremely helpful for our sales activities.<\/p>\n

What kind of support do you expect from Omakase Trading in the future?<\/h2>\n

Currently, we have grown to a scale where our annual sales exceed 1 billion yen, but our goal for the future is to expand even further. We would like to continue our trading operations in partnership with STANDAGE. Since we want to focus on sales, we believe that by entrusting other operations to STANDAGE, we can concentrate our resources and proceed efficiently.<\/p>\n
