<\/p>\nOur company's growth in the domestic market had plateaued, and we faced the challenge of either introducing new products or developing new markets to achieve further growth. Feeling that further expansion would be difficult through the domestic market alone, we received numerous inquiries from overseas regarding handling our products, and decided to start exporting. However, we faced challenges such as a lack of knowledge and experience in overseas export operations and the absence of staff fluent in English, and we were at a loss as to what to do. It was at this time that we learned about "Omakase Trading" and decided to implement it.<\/p>\n
STANDAGE's "Leave-it-to-us Trading" service made it possible for us to completely outsource our trading operations, which was exactly what we were looking for. Because we lacked knowledge about exports, having them handle all the detailed tasks was extremely helpful. In particular, they provided support in areas that were previously beyond our capabilities, such as exhibiting at trade shows and creating promotional materials, which was very beneficial. Since implementing the system, we've felt a steady increase in our overseas market expansion. We've seen tangible results, such as exhibiting our products at trade shows in Dubai and starting sales on overseas platforms like Shopee. Our previous concerns about in-house export operations and lack of resources have been resolved, and by outsourcing our trade operations, we've been able to focus on our domestic business while expanding overseas. Furthermore, being able to receive immediate feedback from overseas has made it easier to grasp market trends, which we can then use to inform our promotional activities and strategies.<\/p>\n
Our future goal is to leverage "Omakase Trading" to expand into even more overseas markets, aiming to increase brand awareness and boost sales. We plan to enhance our promotional materials, strengthen our marketing strategy, and participate in trade shows whenever possible. We aim to accumulate expertise in trade and, in the future, establish and further strengthen our own trading system. We would like to continue to ask STANDAGE for their support in achieving this.<\/p>\n Before implementing "Omakase Trade," we considered other services for outsourcing trade operations, but ultimately chose "Omakase Trade" because, in addition to being able to completely delegate our trade operations, we felt that they provided thorough and detailed support during our discussions.
