Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?<\/h2>\n

Until now, our business has primarily focused on domestic operations, but the need for overseas expansion rapidly increased due to our relationships with our business partners. However, we lacked a specialized department or personnel to handle international trade within the company, and there were limitations to what we could accomplish while simultaneously managing other internal operations. Initially, we approached the company about establishing a new trade department, but securing personnel and reorganizing the company would have required time and cost, so it was not feasible. It was at this time that we were introduced to STANDAGE's "Omakase Trading" through our parent company.<\/p>\n

"A system that allows us to delegate the entire process is more rational than hiring people"\u2014that was the deciding factor in adopting it. Our encounter with STANDAGE has been a great help in the unfamiliar world of international trade operations.<\/p>\n

What exactly did it entail?<\/h2>\n

Currently, the most helpful service we've received from STANDAGE is their legal review of contracts. Contracts with overseas companies require different perspectives and legal considerations than domestic contracts. Previously, we asked our in-house legal counsel to review them, but it was time-consuming and the content wasn't always sufficient.<\/p>\n

STANDAGE responded very quickly and accurately in this regard, which significantly accelerated our internal review process leading up to the contract signing. We feel that they have helped us to carry out our business smoothly by filling in the gaps in areas we couldn't handle ourselves.<\/p>\n

What results have you achieved since implementing it?<\/h2>\n

STANDAGE's support has helped us overcome the structural challenge of not having a dedicated department for international trade within our company. Developing personnel in a short period is difficult, and we don't have the resources to establish a new organization internally. STANDAGE's support has made handling overseas business a realistic option. Currently, we have several export projects in the works, including medical equipment, disinfectants, and concentration measuring instruments, and these are progressing precisely with STANDAGE's support.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, we are looking to expand our founding business, "bathtubs for elderly care," globally, and we would like to work with STANDAGE to develop new markets in the Middle East, North America, and other regions.<\/p>\n

What kind of support do you expect from Omakase Trading in the future?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Ideally, we would like to establish an in-house trading system in the future, but realistically, we think that will be difficult to achieve immediately. Given the size and nature of our company, we plan to continue our partnership with STANDAGE for the time being. We hope for more comprehensive support, not just on the projects we are currently working on, but also in areas such as marketing support and assistance with expanding into other businesses. We hope to create a system where we can work more closely together, hand in hand.<\/p>\n
