\nIn order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, our company has been implementing teleworking for all employees since February 17, 2020. Although the state of emergency was fully lifted on May 25, 2020, we have continued teleworking for the safety of our employees.
\nTaking this opportunity to implement teleworking, we have reconsidered our previous work style of coming into the office and working fixed hours, and have officially introduced a teleworking and flextime system that focuses on results and aims to improve productivity.<\/p>\n
\n\u30fbTelework (come to work if necessary)
\n\u30fbCore time: 10:00-16:00 *Working hours are 9 hours\/day (including 1 hour break)
\nWe provide a monthly home allowance to all employees.
\nIn order to make up for the lack of face-to-face communication, we will have employees come to the office once a month. When coming to the office, we will try to avoid off-peak hours.<\/p>\n
\nBy introducing new ways of working, we will be able to flexibly address and improve any issues that arise, and create a system in which all employees can work more comfortably than when they came to the office and worked regular hours, allowing them to perform at their best.
\nWe also aim to create an environment that enables employees to balance work and childcare, enriches their private time, and makes all employees happier.<\/p>\n
