Regarding our company's teleworking initiative, which began on February 17th, our CEO, Adachi, was interviewed at his home!
\nThey also featured our telework allowance!<\/p>\n
As we completely switched to teleworking, employees now have to bear the cost of electricity and utilities. Therefore, we have introduced a monthly teleworking allowance to compensate for transportation expenses, as well as a one-time payment system to help improve the work environment.<\/p>\n
We will continue to actively implement measures that boost employee motivation and create a comfortable working environment!<\/p>\n
