STANDAGE Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Adachi Akinori; hereinafter referred to as Standage), a company that develops and provides a digital trade platform, will be relocating its Tokyo headquarters on October 16, 2023 due to recent growth in business performance and increases in personnel.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Background<\/strong><\/p>\n

Standage develops and provides products related to trade digital transformation, including a new trade settlement system that utilizes blockchain and stablecoins, the world's first system to enable the simultaneous exchange of "goods" and "money." Approximately half of the company's employees are engineers.<\/p>\n

In addition, a diverse range of members from domestic sales and management to the overseas business department work flexibly, taking advantage of systems such as flextime and working from home.<\/p>\n

We expect further business expansion and an accompanying increase in personnel in the future, so we have decided to relocate our Tokyo headquarters in order to create a more comfortable and convenient working environment for the long term.<\/p>\n

The new office, located in the Daimon\/Hamamatsucho area of Minato Ward, Tokyo, will have 1.4 times the floor space of the current office, consolidating the work space that was previously spread across two floors into one floor. This will encourage more active communication between departments, mutual understanding between employees, and the creation of synergies.<\/p>\n
