(Head office: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; CEO: Martin Roberts; hereinafter referred to as LOZI), a company that operates a smart logistics business, entered into a business partnership on April 23, 2020 to integrate the systems of the two companies and build new services for trade and logistics.

STANDAGE provides a comprehensive trade platform service called "Shake Hands Contract" (hereinafter referred to as SHC), which matches trade sellers and buyers, handles payments, financing, and supports practical trade work.
By using blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies as a payment method, we can reduce remittance fees by up to 90%, shorten trade work periods by up to two weeks, and reduce operational costs by approximately 60% compared to existing trade flows.
This will bring new trade opportunities to small and medium-sized enterprises that have previously faced high hurdles in trading with overseas companies.

LOZI offers "Smart Barcode®" that can visualize traceability on a smartphone. Smart Barcode® is a technology in which the character string stored in a single QR code changes depending on the person, device, order, location, time, etc. who accesses it. By utilizing it for traceability, it is possible to visualize the movement of goods between manufacturers, logistics companies, distribution companies, and consumers, which were previously separated, and to update various information required within the supply chain with a single barcode.

Through this partnership, SHC and Smart Barcode® will be linked, with STANDAGE providing support for international payments and administrative tasks, and LOZI handling logistics traceability, further improving the efficiency of trade and logistics.
