STANDAGE Co., Ltd. officially introduced telework and flextime systems for all employees from early June 2020.
As we move towards the with/post-COVID era, we aim to provide more flexible working styles that enable smooth work even through remote work.
🔷Background to the introduction
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, our company has been implementing teleworking for all employees since February 17, 2020. Although the state of emergency was fully lifted on May 25, 2020, we have continued teleworking for the safety of our employees.
Taking this opportunity to implement teleworking, we have reconsidered our previous work style of coming into the office and working fixed hours, and have officially introduced a teleworking and flextime system that focuses on results and aims to improve productivity.
This also reflects CEO Adachi's desire for employees to complete their work efficiently and also value their private time, such as time with family and hobbies.
🔷Telework × flextime: a new way of working
・Telework (come to work if necessary)
・Core time: 10:00-16:00 *Working hours are 9 hours/day (including 1 hour break)
We provide a monthly home allowance to all employees.
In order to make up for the lack of face-to-face communication, we will have employees come to the office once a month. When coming to the office, we will try to avoid off-peak hours.
🔷Future Outlook
By introducing new ways of working, we will be able to flexibly address and improve any issues that arise, and create a system in which all employees can work more comfortably than when they came to the office and worked regular hours, allowing them to perform at their best.
We also aim to create an environment that enables employees to balance work and childcare, enriches their private time, and makes all employees happier.
