Last weekend, we welcomed three new members who will join us next spring.
This was Standage's second job offer ceremony in its fifth term.

This year, students once again had to face the coronavirus pandemic when it came to job hunting.
I imagine there were many difficulties in job hunting at a time when society as a whole is changing.
The number of companies conducting online interviews and information sessions has increased during this COVID-19 pandemic, and one of the benefits of online job hunting is that students living in rural areas can now actively interview with companies in Tokyo (^^)

The new members who overcame such difficulties to join Standage are all very unique individuals, and we are excited to watch them grow as they join the company.

The 2021 fiscal year has already passed and we have already entered the second half of the year.
When Mmi joined Standage, she never dreamed that she would be recruiting new graduates.
This shows just how much the company has grown. It's a very moving experience.

We will continue to grow as a standage until we officially welcome new members next spring.
