If we receive a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph and determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will correct or delete the personal information without delay and notify the user of this.

Article 7 (Suspension of use of personal information, etc.)

If the individual requests that the use of personal information be suspended or deleted (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") because the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or has been obtained by illegal means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, will suspend the use of the personal information and notify the individual to that effect.
