  • QTell me about the selection process.

    AAlthough it varies depending on the position and job type, the basic process is as follows: document screening → HR or department interview (online) → executive interview (online) → final interview (face-to-face at the Tokyo office). More details will be provided by your staff.

  • QIs remote work possible?

    ABusiness/Corporate side: In order to stimulate communication, we ask that you come to the office in principle. Remote work is possible with approval depending on your schedule and physical condition. Engineer/Creative side: We ask that you come to the office every Monday when we have a company-wide morning meeting, and remote work is possible on other weekdays.

  • QI have no knowledge of Web3 or blockchain. Is that okay?

    ADon't worry. Even members who had no knowledge or experience of Web3 have been learning and working hard since joining the company. Of course, it is easier to understand the business if you have prior experience or basic knowledge in the industry.

  • QIs English a required skill? Will I not be hired if I can't speak a foreign language?

    AIt depends on the type of job, but it is not required. On the other hand, since there is a lot of overseas interaction on a daily basis and there are many overseas personnel, it is an environment where people who have English and other foreign language skills will be a good fit.

  • QIs work experience in a trading company or in the trade/logistics industry required?

    AIt depends on the type of job, but it is not required. On the other hand, if you have knowledge of trade practices or the industry, you will be able to understand the business and work more smoothly, and you will be able to use that knowledge as an advantage.

  • QIs it possible to work overseas, such as being stationed overseas? Also, are there opportunities for overseas business trips?

    AIt depends on the department, job type, and work content you are assigned to.
