We held a discussion with Miki Hayama of NEO, a company that we support in Japan, on the topic of "What is blockchain?".

Many attendees at the event were unfamiliar with blockchain technology, including students, making it a very valuable event for introducing blockchain to such people.

We also gave a presentation about our "Shake Hands Contract" (commonly known as SHC) at the event.
SHC is an innovative trade platform service that utilizes blockchain technology.
With blockchain technology, a future where trade can be conducted without the need for banks or cash is not just a dream.

This event, organized by the Nippon Foundation and Shibuya Ward, has the theme of "A week to think about diverse futures."
This is a collaboration between the Nippon Foundation Social Innovation Forum, which was launched in 2016 as an event sponsored by the Nippon Foundation, and DIVE DIVERSITY SUMMIT SHIBUYA, a diversity-themed multi-conference event that was first held in Shibuya Ward in November 2017. The event, which will include related programs, will take place in commercial facilities and event spaces around Shibuya Station and in the Harajuku-Omotesando area over the course of about a week.
In 2018, the event will be held for 11 days from September 7th to September 17th.
