1. STANDAGE Logo Terms of Use

8. Use in the following media and content:
   • Content containing discriminatory language, obscene language, or content that violates public order and morals.
   • Illegal content or content involving antisocial forces
   • Infringing on the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties
   • Those who illegally acquire and use personal information or private information.

7. User responsibility

1. If we incur any damages as a result of a user's use of our logo or other materials (including claims, demands, disputes, and legal fees from third parties), the user shall compensate us in accordance with our request.
2. If a user violates these Terms of Service, or if we deem it necessary, we may suspend the use of our logo or other related materials, or take any other necessary measures.

8. Disclaimer

1. Our company does not guarantee the factual or legal suitability (accuracy, completeness, validity, suitability for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third-party rights, etc.) of our logo, etc.
2. Our company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of the use of our company logo or other related materials.

9. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
