From the end of February to the beginning of March, our COO, Omori, and our business unit manager, Inoue, went on a business trip to Kenya and Nigeria.

The purpose of this business trip is to explore potential collaborations between local African companies and SHC services, and to find partners for proof-of-concept projects!
I had meetings with many local companies, including JETRO and JICA, and we were able to move forward with discussions about collaborations and proof-of-concept projects, making it a very productive business trip.
Three years after our founding, we are steadily expanding our SHC services not only in Japan but also in Africa!

For our fourth year, we will continue to be based in Nigeria and explore new markets in Africa.

Due to the impact of the coronavirus, if my return to Japan had been delayed by just 5 hours, I would have been subject to a two-week quarantine.
