STANDAGE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Akinori Adachi; hereinafter referred to as "Standage") is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a target company for "Visionary Management 2021," a government project promoted by the National Center of Incident Readiness and Strategy for Cybersecurity (NISC) and carried out by Zenken Honsha Co., Ltd. under a contract with the Japan Information Services Industry Association (JISA).

What is Visionary Management 2021?
This is a government project that aims to widely share the know-how and effects of accepting talent by selecting about 100 companies from all over Japan that are working on a new management method of employing highly skilled foreign IT talent, which brings excellent talent into the organization regardless of nationality, and publishing the interviews and interviews with the managers in the form of videos and e-books. The aim is to improve Japan's technological capabilities and revitalize the Japanese economy, and to achieve this, expand the employment of highly skilled foreign talent.
We have selected companies from various regions, industries, and company sizes that are promoting the hiring of a wide range of talented people, regardless of nationality or Japanese language ability. We have compiled and published case studies that include the management's thinking, reasons for undertaking the initiative, advantages and disadvantages, and specific methods of proceeding, with the aim of providing a reference for many companies that share similar guidelines and are considering building an organization with diverse human resources.

Standage has been hiring foreign talent since its founding in order to expand its business in Africa, and also focuses on English education for Japanese employees. With foreign employees in the company, Japanese employees need to improve their skills to compete with them, and executive management is also required to improve their management skills. In such an environment, Standage's management policy of deliberately creating an environment in which both the executive management and the company can grow has been highly evaluated, and Standage has been selected as "Visionary Management 2021".
