I participated in the "Internationalization Promotion Internship Program" for fiscal year 2021, implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
We welcomed Felix from Rwanda as an online intern for our Egypt office.

While the number of Japanese companies planning to hire foreign talent has increased in recent years, the utilization of such talent is currently not progressing, especially among small and medium-sized enterprises, due to a lack of experience and networks for working with foreign talent.
The "Internationalization Promotion Internship Program" is a program designed to strengthen the systems that Japanese companies use to expand overseas by accepting interns such as foreign students at small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan.
This year, in light of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was held online.
