STANDAGE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Akinori Adachi) announced on June 17, 2022, that it has been selected for the JETRO subsidy program "Subsidy for Survey and Demonstration of Export Business Models for Medium-Sized and Small Businesses (a project to build new business models by private businesses that support exports by medium-sized and small businesses)."

This project, implemented by JETRO, aims to create a mechanism that enables small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to autonomously expand their overseas operations by taking advantage of the trend of digitalization. It provides support for demonstration initiatives by private companies to build new business models that support SMEs' exports overseas.

This is our fourth time being selected, and following our success in the first, second, and third selections, we aim to create even more successful case studies.

Selected for the "Technology Cooperation-Based Emerging Market Development Project (Social Issue Resolution-Type International Joint Development Project (Business Supporter Support Project))",
With Rwanda, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, and Ghana as target countries, we have been working to promote trade between Japan and Africa by developing relationships with local companies, conducting Proof of Concept (PoC), and implementing new trade transactions utilizing the DiGiTRAD service. We have also aimed to build a platform that enables not only Japanese SMEs but also SMEs around the world to trade safely and easily.

For this fourth time, we will continue to work with local partner organizations in emerging and developing countries to conduct demonstrations, raise awareness, and promote our DiGiTRAD service.

Furthermore, we will explore how our AI and blockchain-based digital comprehensive trading company service can solve the challenges that many medium-sized and small businesses have traditionally faced in building their trading businesses.
