On August 2nd, Standage gave a lecture as an external speaker at the "Foreign Exchange Practical Training Seminar" held by Chiba Kogyo Bank for its employees.

This training seminar is held twice a year for employees of Chiba Kogyo Bank who are in charge of companies that conduct trade transactions, employees who are engaged in new business development with trading companies, and employees who are interested in foreign exchange (trade) transactions.

Chiba Kogyo Bank and Standage have been collaborating since March 2023 to support businesses venturing into new export markets. They are working together to promote overseas expansion for companies in Chiba Prefecture and to revitalize the regional economy.

In his presentation, Standage provided a broad overview of overseas markets and support for SME exports, including the latest trends in overseas markets, the hurdles hindering SMEs from expanding abroad, and an introduction to a case study of a Chiba Prefecture company that embarked on overseas expansion through a collaboration between Chiba Kogyo Bank and Standage.

Chiba Kogyo Bank and Standage will continue to strengthen their collaboration to contribute to the revitalization of the regional economy by supporting the overseas expansion of companies in Chiba Prefecture.
