STANDAGE Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Akinori Adachi; hereinafter referred to as Standage), a developer and provider of digital trade platforms, will be exhibiting at the Asia Smart City Conference to be held on October 23rd and 24th.

The Asia Smart City Conference is a global conference that shares knowledge, ideas, and solutions on the theme of decarbonization in Asia.

The 13th forum will focus on the theme of "Decarbonization," and will bring together a diverse range of stakeholders from both Japan and overseas, including Asian cities, international organizations, companies, and students, to share challenges and visions for growth in order to realize a sustainable green society, as well as solutions using cutting-edge technology.

Omori is scheduled to speak at the African Business Session "Business with Africa: current and future potential" on Day 2 (24th) starting at 1:10pm.

Through lectures and panel discussions on the current state and future potential of African business for Japanese companies, companies active on the front lines of African business will share their knowledge on topics such as what prompted them to enter Africa, how to solve local issues, how to build networks and relationships of trust, and efforts to scale up their business.
