STANDAGE Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Adachi Akinori; hereinafter referred to as Standage), a company that develops and provides a digital trade platform, will relocate its Tokyo headquarters on Monday, November 18, 2024 due to the expansion of its business and increase in personnel.

 

Background
Standage develops and provides products related to trade digital transformation, including a new trade settlement system that utilizes blockchain and stablecoins, the world's first system to enable the simultaneous exchange of "goods" and "money."

In 2022, we began providing export support services for small and medium-sized enterprises that combine trade specialists with trade DX systems, and in July 2024, we released the industry's first trade version of CRM, "Trade Cloud."

Due to the recent sustained depreciation of the yen, the number of companies using our export support services has exceeded 250 as of the end of August 2024.

Due to the progress of development of various trade DX systems and the rapid expansion of export support business for small and medium-sized enterprises, the number of employees has more than doubled in the one year from fall 2023.

We expect to continue to expand our business and strengthen our recruitment activities, and have therefore decided to relocate our Tokyo headquarters to provide employees with a more comfortable and convenient working environment for the long term.

 

■About the new Tokyo head office
The new office, located in the Daimon/Hamamatsucho area of Tokyo's Minato Ward, has a floor space that is approximately 2.3 times larger than the current office, consolidating all work spaces for all departments on one floor.

The interior emphasizes practicality and simplicity, and includes multiple free spaces that can be used for meals and information exchange to encourage active communication among office staff.

In addition, in response to the needs of the sales department, which holds many online meetings with companies in other regions and overseas, 16 web conferencing booths were installed on the floor.

Standage will continue to strive to create an environment where employees can work with a sense of vitality and health, and to realize diverse working styles.
