Notice and Apology Regarding JETRO's Suspension of Designation for New Subsidy Projects

We would like to inform you that the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) has terminated the subsidy agreement for some of the subsidy projects we had applied for, and has also suspended our eligibility for new subsidy projects.

We sincerely apologize for the worry and inconvenience caused to our business partners, related organizations, and many other individuals in connection with this matter.

[Subsidized projects that were selected]

  • Support Project for Diversifying Overseas Supply Chains (Demonstration Project on Increasing Japan's Product Exports through the Establishment of Small-Scale Cold Chains in the ASEAN Region)
  • Asia DX Promotion Project in Japan-ASEAN (Demonstration Project for the Introduction of a Blockchain-Based Next-Generation Trade Settlement System in Indonesia)

This subsidy program is not an annual settlement type, but rather a post-settlement type where project costs within the subsidy period are settled after a final inspection. Our company has not received any subsidies related to this program.

Please note that this matter pertains solely to the specific subsidy project in question and is completely separate from our main service, "Omakase Trading." Therefore, please be assured that this will have no impact whatsoever on the provision of our existing services, including "Omakase Trading," on our various contractual relationships with our business partners, or on our financial situation.

We take this matter very seriously and will work diligently to implement measures to prevent recurrence, including a review of the operational and management processes related to the subsidy program. We will also make every effort to sincerely work as a company to restore trust.

We will promptly inform you of any new matters that need to be disclosed in the future.
