米国未流通の日本産食品が集結!STANDAGEが「Summer Fancy Food Show 2026」に初出展

STANDAGE introduces products from 7 Japanese companies, including coffee, organic matcha, Hokkaido-produced herring roe, and pure ice from Mie Prefecture, to US buyers.

STANDAGE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Akinori Adachi; hereinafter referred to as STANDAGE), which provides export support for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, will be exhibiting for the first time at the "Summer Fancy Food Show 2026" (organized by the Specialty Food Association), a food trade show to be held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, USA, for three days from June 28th (Sun) to 30th (Tue), 2026. STANDAGE will have its own booth and will be exhibiting products from seven Japanese food manufacturers.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the export value of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products and food in 2025 is projected to reach a record high of 1,700.5 billion yen, a 12.8% increase from the previous year, with the United States becoming the top export destination. While interest in Japanese food is growing globally, opportunities for small and medium-sized food manufacturers based in regional areas to connect directly with U.S. buyers remain limited due to the burden of overseas sales channels and export procedures. Standage planned to exhibit at this trade fair as a platform to deliver the products of these companies to U.S. buyers all at once. Many of the products on display are not currently widely distributed in the U.S. market.
