Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?
As we expanded our sales channels for our products domestically, we began to consider expanding into overseas markets as the next step. As a company based in Ishikawa Prefecture, we believed that if we could expand overseas as well, we could further expand our sales channels and increase our revenue, given the increasing sales opportunities throughout Japan. However, we had absolutely no know-how or resources to enter the overseas market. Therefore, we had no idea how to succeed in overseas markets, which countries had demand, or how to sell our products.
Amidst all of this, I came across STANDAGE's "Omakase Trading" service through a friend's introduction. I didn't choose it after comparing it with other companies' services, but given my anxieties about expanding overseas, I was very attracted to the service's concept of "just providing the products and having them handle everything else."

What exactly did it entail?
What we found most valuable about "Omakase Trading" was that they handled sales on our behalf overseas. What results have you achieved since implementing it?
Since implementing "Omakase Trading," we haven't encountered any major problems from the start. The biggest advantage is that it minimizes the risk of expanding into overseas markets while continuing to sell domestically. We didn't have to do anything until an order came in; we simply provided the goods when there was interest. Being able to venture into overseas markets without much effort was a huge benefit. Of course, there was an initial investment required, but the fact that we could entrust all the complicated trading operations to them was a major attraction for our company.
What kind of support do you expect from Omakase Trading in the future?
Given our lack of experience in overseas sales, the fact that our products are actually being sold and selling well is a significant achievement, and we are very satisfied with the results. We look forward to continuing to use your services and further expanding our market share.
