Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?
Our company's growth in the domestic market had plateaued, and we faced the challenge of either introducing new products or developing new markets to achieve further growth. Feeling that further expansion would be difficult through the domestic market alone, we received numerous inquiries from overseas regarding handling our products, and decided to start exporting. However, we faced challenges such as a lack of knowledge and experience in overseas export operations and the absence of staff fluent in English, and we were at a loss as to what to do. It was at this time that we learned about "Omakase Trading" and decided to implement it.
What exactly did it entail?
STANDAGE's "Leave-it-to-us Trading" service made it possible for us to completely outsource our trading operations, which was exactly what we were looking for. Because we lacked knowledge about exports, having them handle all the detailed tasks was extremely helpful.
