■Speaker Profile

Kenta Omori (Vice President, STANDAGE Co., Ltd.)

Born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China in 1987. After entering the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Science II in 2006, he majored in chemical and biotechnology in graduate school and published papers on cancer cells and antibodies.

After graduating from graduate school, I joined Itochu Corporation as a new graduate and was involved in international trade of pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and healthcare products, as well as M&A with overseas companies.

Having been interested in new technologies since his time as a company employee, he founded STANDAGE Co., Ltd. in 2017 with the goal of creating new services that do not yet exist in the world.

 

Mitsuhiro Kotani (Executive Officer, ZUU Co., Ltd.)

Born in Tokyo in 1972. Graduated from Meiji University, Faculty of Commerce, Department of Commerce in 1995 and joined Sakura Bank (now Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation).

I worked in wholesale sales for 25 years, including 8 years in a management position where I managed a team of up to 80 people.

In 2009, I worked in Bangkok for five and a half years, supporting both Japanese and non-Japanese companies in Thailand, handling operations in neighboring countries such as Myanmar, developing new products and services, and reforming personnel systems to promote the employment of local staff. I also have experience working on secondment to a securities company, giving me experience in both debt and equity financing.

Joined ZUU Co., Ltd. in 2020. Responsible for new business creation in the CEO's office. Currently working in the Corporate Finance Company, promoting financial support for both investors and borrowers.
