We are pleased to announce that, at the end of August 2021, we received an official letter of recommendation from the Embassy of the Republic of Zambia, recognizing us as a company that promotes safe and reliable settlements and smooth trade between Japan and Zambia.

Used Japanese cars are popular in Africa, and the Republic of Zambia also imports used cars from Japan.
However, there have been numerous cases of customers paying for goods but not receiving them, raising concerns about the credibility of Japanese companies.

Our DiGiTRAD trade settlement system solves this problem with an escrow* function that utilizes a digital vault on the blockchain.

in particular,
1. The buyer company deposits the payment for the goods in digital currency into a digital vault on the blockchain (escrow).
2. The seller company ships the product, and the buyer company successfully receives the product.
3. Using the keys of both the seller and buyer companies, the payment for the goods is withdrawn from the digital safe and made to the seller company.

If a seller company sends payment for a product (deposit) but the product is never delivered, the seller company will receive a full refund.

In this way, we can guarantee that buyer companies will receive the purchased goods, and that seller companies will receive payment for the goods.

We are delighted to have received a letter of recommendation from the Embassy of the Republic of Zambia, in recognition of the high regard for the escrow function that enables safe and secure transactions through the DiGiTRAD service.
