STANDAGE Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Akinori Adachi; hereinafter referred to as STANDAGE), a developer and provider of digital trading platforms, has opened an Osaka branch office in line with its business expansion and focus in the Kansai area. Operations commenced on Monday, June 3, 2024. This marks the first time the company has established a domestic office outside of its Tokyo headquarters. The establishment of the Osaka branch office will accelerate the expansion of services in the Kansai area, strengthen support for existing customers, and cultivate relationships with partner companies.

■Background of expanding into Osaka
The working-age population in Japan is gradually declining, and domestic demand will continue to shrink.
Furthermore, with the persistent depreciation of the yen in recent years, the ability to build overseas sales has become key to the survival and growth of businesses.

In recent years, cross-border e-commerce has emerged, drawing attention to trade. However, for small and medium-sized enterprises with limited resources, entering the trade market presents significant hurdles.
