Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?

When we first ventured into international trade, we faced numerous challenges. Initially, we lacked the necessary information for exporting and had no idea where to begin. Therefore, we sought a service that could provide information and help us accumulate expertise.

Amidst all this, we learned about STANDAGE's "Omakase Trading" at a trade show and decided to consider implementing it. The biggest deciding factor in our decision was that, unlike many other services that only handle sales agency for cross-border e-commerce, they also handle sales activities on our behalf.

What exactly did it entail?

At this point, what we value most about the "Leave it to us trading" service is the ability to negotiate prices with overseas companies and to have them accompany us during negotiations. Also, since we had absolutely no basic knowledge about exporting, it was extremely helpful to be taught the necessary procedures and points to note one by one. This clarified how to proceed with export operations and reduced our anxieties.

The person in charge always provides prompt support. In particular, they carefully explain things that we find difficult to understand, so we can proceed with our work with peace of mind.

What results have you achieved since implementing it?

Since implementing "Omakase Trading," we've been able to identify all the necessary export items within the company and streamline our operations. This has made it clear what needs to be done at each stage, leading to increased efficiency. In particular, the support we received when exhibiting at trade shows was a major success. Our previous efforts using e-commerce platforms didn't yield the desired results, but at the trade shows, we saw signs of actually moving towards business negotiations.

Furthermore, being able to check on the progress at every step through prior communication with the person in charge helped mitigate risks. Having a system in place where I could immediately consult with someone if I had any concerns eased my anxieties.

What kind of support do you expect from Omakase Trading in the future?

We would like to see your advisory role regarding exports further strengthened in the future. As we progress in our sales activities, we would like even more practical support. Currently, we are still in the initial stages of exporting, but in order to convert this into sales, we need more concrete action plans and support.

Furthermore, since trade-related information changes rapidly, timely information and advice would allow us to respond more effectively.
