Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?

Our company was looking for new overseas markets to sell used cars, but we didn't know how to find sales channels and were seeking a suitable partner. That's when we found STANDAGE's "Omakase Trading" service, and after contacting them, we decided to implement it.

Initially, we considered overseas sales channel matching services and selling on major platforms, but we felt uncertain whether our products would actually sell once listed, and that these services had a strong advertising aspect. In contrast, STANDAGE's "Omakase Trading" takes a clear approach of "selling," and we were attracted to the fact that they provide solid support from sales channel selection to sales.

We were considering an approach to the used car market that leveraged our own trading company functions, and we were convinced that "Omakase Trading" perfectly met our needs, so we decided to implement it.

What exactly did it entail?

STANDAGE is primarily responsible for real-time communication with our overseas partners. They gather real-time feedback from the field and incorporate it into our work, which gives us the feeling that we are progressing exactly as we intended. Currently, we are considering expanding into Bangladesh, Egypt, and Hong Kong, but ultimately, we aim to enter the European market.

While we can obtain template-like information such as import customs clearance information ourselves, the local, firsthand information provided by STANDAGE is extremely valuable and useful in our actual business. Utilizing this kind of information allows us to take a more localized approach to the market, which is a great help.

What results have you achieved since implementing it?

Logistics and international affairs are constantly changing, requiring us to always be flexible. However, we feel that working closely with STANDAGE's professional staff, exchanging information and collaborating, is creating synergistic effects. In particular, the real-time information on local markets and their expert knowledge of trade enable us to respond accurately to changing situations, improving operational efficiency and our ability to adapt to the market.

We intend to leverage our collaboration with STANDAGE to enable us to respond more quickly and flexibly to future market developments and new challenges.

What kind of support do you expect from Omakase Trading in the future?

Although it has only been a short time since we introduced STANDAGE's "Leave it to us trading" system, we feel that it has the potential to significantly expand our market share in certain used car markets. Currently, we believe it is necessary to further improve the accuracy of our procurement and aim to ensure that we generate consistent profits.

We aim to succeed in the used car business based on two pillars: "volume" and "profit margin." Therefore, we expect STANDAGE to swiftly develop our operational structure in order to achieve results as quickly as possible. We are confident that once this structure is in place, we will be able to achieve even greater results.

Comment from Mr. Tokuda of Sanno Logistics

I find STANDAGE's "Leave it to us to trade" service to be extremely valuable because it allows us to collect primary information from overseas locations. By obtaining real-time information from the field, we can gain insights that are directly useful for our business, such as market trends, consumer needs, and trade trends. This information allows us to make quick and accurate decisions, and our operations run smoothly.

Furthermore, daily work meetings are very smooth. We communicate frequently with STANDAGE, and the thorough exchange of opinions has increased work efficiency and deepened our relationship of trust. Problems are identified early, and solutions are proposed, so we have high expectations for future developments.
