Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?
Our overseas business division had very limited resources, and I was in charge of it all by myself. To promote sales overseas, we needed PR activities, to find sales agents, and to handle the necessary procedures, but it was extremely difficult to do all of this in-house. So I was looking for a company that could provide some kind of support. It was during this time that I learned about STANDAGE at a seminar hosted by another company, and there I learned about their "outsourced trading" service.
Regarding "Marunage Trading," the fact that they handle all the complexities of trade operations was very appealing. Also, when comparing with other companies, the cost of the support provided and the opportunity to participate in trade shows were the deciding factors, and we ultimately decided to work with your company.
What exactly did it entail?
The main areas where we rely on STANDAGE are finding overseas agents and supporting local sales. They support us in areas that we can't handle on our own, and they manage and advance our sales strategy tasks effectively. Having sales professionals involved expands the scope of what even a small company like ours can achieve, and it's been a great help.
Furthermore, I am extremely grateful for their help in considering where we should expand our market and for their involvement in developing strategies that take into account the characteristics of our products.

What results have you achieved since implementing it?
What we were particularly grateful for after implementation was that the sales capabilities and expert support allowed us to conduct solid sales activities during the preparation phase for overseas expansion. We lacked sufficient personnel within our company and were struggling to strengthen our sales capabilities, but STANDAGE's support helped us acquire the necessary skills to advance our business.
In addition, they have pointed out new markets that we should consider expanding into, and have offered suggestions that go beyond our expectations, so I feel that we can develop markets from a very diverse range of angles.
What kind of support do you expect from Omakase Trading in the future?
Now that one year has passed since the contract was signed, our goal going forward is to continue exploring which markets we should focus on and to proceed with developing concrete sales channels. Furthermore, over the next two years, we aim to thoroughly manualize our product distribution methods and sales strategies to create a system that can be implemented in any market.
To that end, we want to continue receiving support from STANDAGE, build up solid know-how, and translate it into a form that can be used within our company.
One reason I would recommend STANADGE to other companies is their strong sales capabilities and the knowledge and experience of their representatives, which I find extremely reliable. Each representative has strengths in their area of expertise and market, and when we tell them which country we want to expand into, they are very helpful in providing additional suggestions based on that. In particular, the information they provided on specific markets such as Hong Kong was a great help in deciding on our expansion destination based on their suggestions.
In addition, I really appreciate the comprehensive and thorough support we receive, and how they respect our desired direction while allowing us to move forward steadily through their suggestions.
