This caviar is characterized by its mellow flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture, and has attracted attention both domestically and internationally. However, overseas expansion has been hampered by the complexity of export procedures and the lack of specialized personnel. Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?

We had originally been working on overseas expansion on our own, but we lacked personnel with expertise in export operations, and we also faced the challenge of a shortage of manpower, specifically who would be responsible for those tasks. Under these circumstances, our serious challenge to overseas markets was not progressing as we had hoped. It was during this period of trial and error that our bank introduced us to STANDAGE's "Omakase Trading" service.

The fact that they would handle the export operations on-site as our partner was very reassuring, and we felt that their service would precisely address the challenges we were facing, which was a major reason why we decided to implement it.

What I value most about STANDAGE right now is that they provide comprehensive support, not only for export operations but also for overseas sales activities, promotions, and public relations.

When we were trying to handle exports ourselves, we honestly didn't have the resources to manage everything from product launches to local sales activities. It was a situation where "one person was just barely able to handle it." We are extremely grateful to have someone supporting us in efforts to alleviate that practical burden while simultaneously penetrating the local market.

What effects have you seen since implementing it?

At this point, since it's still very early in the implementation phase, we're at the stage where we're expecting significant results to come later. However, our first goal is to "recover sales equivalent to the implementation costs."

We understand that it takes time to translate our efforts into tangible sales figures, but we hope that STANDAGE will continue to provide concrete suggestions and support that directly lead to those numerical results.

What kind of support do you expect from Omakase Trading in the future?

We would appreciate it if you could clarify even more what constitutes "actions that lead to results." We want to work hand-in-hand with STANDAGE to move forward with initiatives that will lead to KPIs such as increased sales and expanded distribution channels.
