Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?

At International IST, we had long felt a strong need to seriously engage in exports. However, to be honest, we were hesitant to take the first step because we were unsure of where to begin and what process to follow. It was in this context that a sales representative from STANDAGE introduced us to "Omakase Trading," which became the catalyst for our adoption. The timing coincided perfectly with our plans to seriously embark on exports, which gave us a great boost.

The biggest reason we decided to implement their service was the comprehensive support we received, from developing overseas sales channels to conducting sales activities locally. What effects have you seen since implementing it?

In particular, I feel that a significant shift in mindset has been the shift from simply "exporting products" to consciously focusing on "communicating Japanese quality to the world." Currently, there are still areas where we haven't quite caught up with STANDAGE's pace, but we see this as room for growth and intend to continue learning and working towards that goal.

What kind of support do you expect from Omakase Trading in the future?
