Could you tell us what led you to introduce STANDAGE's automated trading service this time?
At Suzuki Farm, we are committed to producing organic milk, prioritizing quality and deliciousness. However, the biggest challenge with milk is its short shelf life. While processing it into products like yogurt and cheese can extend its shelf life, there are limitations to introducing new product lines for a small, family-run farm. Nevertheless, we strongly desired to deliver fresh milk directly to our customers.
Amidst these challenges, we encountered the technology of frozen milk, and became convinced that this technology, which can maintain quality even after thawing, would solve our problems. We believed that by utilizing this frozen milk, we could deliver Suzuki Farm's delicious milk both domestically and internationally. In particular, given the growing interest in organic and grass-fed milk in overseas markets, we felt this was a great opportunity to expand.

Furthermore, it has been revealed that the shelf life of frozen milk can be extended to a maximum of six months, and to one year if it passes inspection in May 2025, making expansion into overseas markets such as East Asia and Southeast Asia a realistic possibility.
Therefore, while searching for a reliable trading agent partner, an acquaintance recommended STANDAGE's "Omakase Trading" service, and we decided to implement it.
What exactly did it entail?
The reason I chose "Omakase Trading" was because I was attracted to the fact that they would handle all of the trading operations for me.
This was our first time exporting overseas, and we lacked expertise in international trade, so we felt it would be unrealistic to handle everything ourselves. That's why we feel so much more at ease knowing that STANDAGE handles all aspects of the export process for us.
Another major point is that the staff member is very responsive to our needs. In particular, they can communicate in English and the local language, overcoming language barriers, which means we don't need to handle things directly, allowing us to conduct trade smoothly.
What effects have you seen since implementing it?
Exhibiting at Gulfood (the largest food trade fair in the Middle East) in Dubai in February was a major success, as it allowed us to connect with local restaurants and cafes.
Going forward, we plan to further strengthen our exports to Southeast Asia and East Asia, and I believe this rapid expansion would have been difficult without STANDAGE's support.
What kind of support do you expect from Omakase Trading in the future?
Our future goal is to export frozen milk to even more countries and increase our number of stable customers. In the future, we also plan to sell directly to overseas customers through an online e-commerce site. This will allow us to deliver Suzuki Farm's frozen milk to even more consumers, and we intend to utilize STANDAGE's support in this process as well.
